Pricing:
Our IT support service is for Windows Computers and is available to business customers only.
The charge for "once- off" support calls is £60+VAT per hour or a part thereof.
That charge reduces to £45+VAT per hour, or a part thereof, for our regular Clients and kicks in after the 3rd support call serviced.
Your call will be serviced by Sean Warde, who is a Microsoft Partner with over 35 years experience. So, the charge represents great value for money!
All calls for support are serviced as soon as possible. The norm is either immediately or within 2 hours.
